Volunteering

We invite you to share your time and talent with the Huntsville Public Library through volunteer activities. Public libraries are the centre of the community and by volunteering at the Library you are supporting your community.

Volunteer Criteria

  • Must be at least 14 years of age.
  • Must submit an application, which can be found below or picked up at the Circulation Desk.
  • Volunteer recruitment includes an interview and reference checks.
  • Some positions will require a police record check.

Volunteer Applications

Please note that applications will be reviewed upon receipt and interviews will be arranged.  Successful applicants must complete an orientation and training session.
