StorytimesGroup of children singing and playing

Huntsville Public Library offers preschool reading readiness programs for all ages to help children get a head start on lifelong learning and literacy!  Parents/guardians can register for children's programs in person or by phoning 705-789-5232.

Baby/Toddler Storytime

Storytime is an excellent way to introduce babies and toddlers to board books, songs and your public library. Storytime includes 30 minutes of stories, songs, rhymes, bounces, fingerplays, sensory activities and board books for babies and toddlers.  Great fun for everyone!  Please register in person or by phone.

Preschool Storytime

Storytime is an excellent way to introduce young children to stories, songs and your public library.  The program includes stories, songs, rhymes, fingerplays, music shakers, scarves, and flannel board activities.  Children are introduced to listening skills, picture books, the library and the joy of reading. Great fun for everyone!  Please register in person or by phone.
