Subject: Lest We Forget – Remembrance Day 2020

Date: November 11th, 2020

On the 11th hour of the 11th day of November 1918, World War I came to an end and became known as Armistice Day. All across the country, on November 11th, Canadians will take the time to reflect on the past, and present sacrifices individuals in our military have made while protecting our country in times of war, peace and conflict. Take the time to reflect on this day and thank anyone you know who is a veteran, or active duty, for their sacrifices. This remembrance and reflection process is vital for society to learn from our past and collectively re-imagine the future.

Sincerely,
