The Huntsville Public Library has meeting rooms for rent for profit and non-profit groups.

Facility Rental Application Form

Fill in the facility rental application form when you want to rent a meeting room or library equipment. Submit your form by attaching it to an email (email address listed in the PDF) or bring it to the Library in person.

  • Debora Marshall, Library Operations Assistant, is available to receive and process rental applications Mon.-Thurs. from 9:00am-4:30pm.
  • Rental Agreement forms must be completed and payment must be received at least 7 days prior to the day of the event. 
  • Last minute rentals (less than 7 days prior to the event) may be accommodated. Please call the library to discuss availability.. 

Expect staff to contact you within two business days. Please contact the Library if staff have not contacted you by that time.

The Friends Multipurpose Room is inside the main library.

The Annex

The Annex is a separate building, beside the main library at 1 Minerva Street East.

Huntsville Public Library does not allow the use of our meeting rooms for any purpose which would violate any laws, or which might create civil liabilities for the renter or the Library Board. The Library has the right to refuse or cancel any rental.
