Sign up as an individual or as a parent/caregiver with one or more kids under your account. Kids do not need a username or password under a parent/caregiver's account. Registration opens June 15.

Pick up a TD Summer Reading Club school age notebook, sticker sheet, fortune teller, and recommended reads poster on the table in front of the library during Library-to-Go hours after June 15.

Read any book you like that interests you! You can track books you read yourself or books that are read aloud together. Log reading from July 5 to August 24.


Weekly prize draw for a $5 gift certificate to Belly Ice Cream. Prizes will be drawn randomly on Wednesdays through the READsquared app. Track your weekly reading by Tuesday night for more chances to win!

Grand prize draw on August 25th for $100 to to Up North Games.

Virtual Reptiles at Risk

Learn about snakes, lizards, and turtles native to Ontario. See some live species that are talked about and find out about conservation. A 45-minute educational talk by Scales Nature Park, followed by questions from participants on Zoom.

Virtual Sticky Science Workshop

Join Scientists in Schools for Sticky Science; get sticky with it! Discover the science of stickiness. Make glue from food products and test them to see how they hold. Create your sticky art. And of course, there will be silly putty! This workshop will use Microsoft Teams.

Ages 4 to 12. Children under 6 may require the assistance of an adult at home.

Space is limited. Participants may pick up a science bag one week before the workshop.

Virtual Pet Show & Tell

Kids can join on Zoom to celebrate their fantastic pets at Virtual Pet Show & Tell. Tell us about your pet, show a picture of your pet or a favourite stuffy! We’ll read I Want a Dog by Jon Agee and make an Olympic medal for your pet.

Register in advance and pick up your Pet Olympic medal supplies starting June 29 using Library-to-Go.

Come and craft, creative kids! Socialize virtually with friends during our Virtual Crafty Kids activity.

Contact Amber to request a Craft Kit (supplies are limited). Craft Kits are ready for pick up through Library-to-Go a week before the activity.
