Community Impact Lab

Are you a business, community group or individual trying to bring ‘structure’ to important meetings or conversations? Seemingly going around in circles, trying to identify the problem, let alone come together to solve it? 

Huntsville Public Library has just what you need, FREE and open to all community members to use. 

The Community Impact Lab (CIL), located in the Huntsville Public Library, is a series of tools and resources created by Georgian College in partnership with the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka; that support businesses, community agencies, local organizations, community groups, and individuals to solve a wide range of issues and/or problems they are faced with. 

CIL has what can best be described as process maps or ‘canvases’ that provide structure to problem-solving conversations and meetings. At the core, they assist in breaking down the process in four steps:
