The Huntsville Public Library offers meeting space for rent in our Friends Multipurpose Room. Bookings outside of our regular hours of operation may be accommodated. For more details contact our Library Operations Assistant or call 705-789-5232 ex 3401 for more information.
All applicants must complete a Facility Rental Form. When completing the application form please include your time to set up and clean up when entering your start and end time. Please read the Facilities Rental Policies located at the bottom of this page.

All facility rentals are considered tentative until payment is received. Payment must be received at least 1 week prior to the event. Facilities fees are charged by the hour. Fees are listed below.
The Friends Multipurpose Room is located at the front of the library adjacent to the main library. Public washrooms are located directly outside the room for easy access.
