Get Your Summer Read On Day June 27, 2025 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Visit your library to register for the TD Summer Reading Club and pick up your HPL bag with stickers and a notebook. Have a photo taken with the green screen and make a button while you’re here!

Explore many different types of technologies and engage with others who have similar interests. Experience coding, robots, and many other tech gadgets with help from Teen Tech Sophia.

Do you have an interest in learning about technology? Come and join others to learn about building Lego EV3 robots and participate in fun coding challenges with help from Teen Tech Sophia.

Love Minecraft? Come to your library to design and build in creative mode with other participants. Work on build challenges together with Teen Tech Sophia. Limit of two Minecraft dates per participant.

Storytime at Port Sydney Beach July 10, 2025 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM
Join us for Outdoor Storytime in different locations around Huntsville! Outdoor Storytime includes 30 minutes of picture books, songs, rhymes, and fingerplays for children ages 0-6 years. Bring a blanket to sit on and enjoy! Drop-in program.

In the case of inclement weather, Storytime may be cancelled or moved to the Children’s Library. Please check the website, social media, or call the library at 705-789-5232 for more information.
Lego Builders Club July 11, 2025 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Join other Lego fans at your library to be creative and build with Lego! There will be a build challenge, and creations will be put on display in the Children’s Library afterward. Space is limited, registration required.
